Su fundacion se debe al incumplimiento de una promesa por parte de las instituciones culturales de dicha ciudad. El proyecto reproduce pict\u00f3ricamente obras de artistas y conforma as\u00ed las colecciones y exposiciones de <em>LiMac<\/em>, mismas que s\u00f3lo son exhibidas en su p\u00e1gina web en constante actualizaci\u00f3n.
