He studied Fine Arts between 1994 and 2000 at Corriente Alterna School. He presented Icons, his first solo show, in Lima in the year 2004 at Punctum Gallery. His work has been showcased in group exhibitions in Perú and abroad.

In the year 2003 he was shortlisted for both the II Contest for Young Art from the Miraflores City Halland the VI Visual Arts Contest “Passport for an Artist” organized by the French Embassy in Perú.

In the year 2002 he was awarded the first prize in the VII Drawing Contest from ICPNA and in 1999 he received the third prize in the Phillips Contest for Young Artists, both in Lima, Perú.

He has also been awarded the scholarship “Aventura 92” to Spain in the year 1992.

He lives and works in Lima.
