More about Visión antiderrapante (Antiskid vision)

This painting was made at the original size of the book “Visión antiderrapante” by artist Pablo Vargas Lugo. The book documents the production on an immens instalation of 16.000 pyramids presented at the Jumex Collection and the Sao Paolo Bienal. Due to its large volume, the instalation was destroyed. The book consists on the registration of the work. It was published by A&R press in 2006. The design of the book was influenced by a 1953 mexican book on planets and stars.
